Tom Smith of The Right Coast has it right; plasma tvs do belong over the fireplace. That's where I'm going to put mine. That way, I can get rid of my Scandiweenian entertainment center monstrosity. Right now, I have a framed photo of a mid 1990s Ferrari Testarossa hanging over my fireplace.
