Huzzah, all my monkey-touching nizzlets! Much has happened since I spake at ye last, and it's been blunderful.
Important to me: I got new badass Michelin Pilot XGT H4 tires for my sweet Eagle Talon TSi. Now, I don't merely connect with the pavement: my car makes mad passionate love in all four gears. Also, I have purchased the Top Gun Afterburner Joy Stick by Thrustmaster, and a copy of the great superhero sim Freedom Force.
Important to the rest of the world: My first real web article should be posted tomorrow on www.planetmedalofhonor.com. It's about one of my favorite FPS experiences, Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. I offer some thoughts on teamplay roles in multi-player deathmatch. I hope it will be popular/infamous.
Generally, I find that work is rather dull. This is okay. If it were fun, it wouldn't be called work. But I must say I really feel like I belong here, and I'm glad to be working for real. I still haven't gotten over the shock of having a real life.
Now, let's get to the meat of the deal: movies. There are a whole bunch of license movies out these days. LotR, Harry Potter, Blade II, Spiderman, etc. There is a Blade III in the works, and LotR and Harry Potter have sequels built in. Spiderman (I hope) will become a franchise, because it stars 3 of my favorite actors (Tobey Maguire, Willem Dafoe, and Kirsten Dunst), is directed by one of my fave directors (Sam Raimi), and it is about one of the coolest superheroes ever. And my personal big one coming up, X-Men 2 (still directed by Bryan Singer... YAY!).
Hmm. I appear to have run out of steam.
